Processing of fire dampers, pressure regulating valves, shells and blanking of smoke exhaust valves; automatic coil feeding, leveling, corner punching, punching, shearing, flange forming, square box forming.

Basic Configuration:(Material thickness 1.5-2.0mm)

1. One electric material feeding de-coiler;
2. One switch holder;
3. One servo leveling,punching and shearing host;
4. Onetransferring platform;
5. One flange forming machine;
6. Oneservo feeding and folding platform;
7. A setofhydraulic system;
8. A CNC system.
