Robot Duct Flange Laser Welding Machines can meet the horizontal and vertical automatic welding work of duct flanges. The double-station duct welding platform, equipped with a movable robot track line, can greatly meet the needs of multi-specification products.
No manual intervention is required during the welding process. Manual operation only needs to place the product positioning and product loading and unloading. Through program parameterized input and visual laser positioning, the weld is detected and the welding trajectory is automatically generated. This equipment uses a touchscreen control with buttons such as start, stop, and emergency stop.
