CNC Metal Flow Forming -Multi-Roller

• 120° symmetrical 3-roller or 90° symmetrical 4-roller symmetrical spinning roller arrangement structure is suitable for thinning and elongating longer pipes! Also known as flow forming.
• Widely used in the processing and forming of metal cylindrical parts in the military, aerospace, chemical, hydrogen cylinder, oxygen cylinder pressure vessel and other industries!
• Common metal spinning materials: aluminum alloy, carbon steel, etc.; 3-roller spinning processing precision is higher than traditional CNC spinning, which is not conducive to heating spinning!
• Can realize positive spinning, reverse spinning and asynchronous metal spinning; with spindle unloading and slide unloading functions.

CNC Metal Spinning – Hot Necking

• Large diameter through-core spindle developed mainly for metal necking and spinning of hydrogen cylinder liner. Temperature control and heating gun can be selected!
• Widely used in necking and forming of metal cylindrical parts such as hydrogen cylinders, oxygen cylinders, pressure vessels, etc.!
• Commonly used metal necking and spinning materials: aluminum alloy, 6061, 6082, ordinary carbon steel, etc.!
• Before necking and spinning of the inner liner of the hydrogen cylinder, both ends of the pipe are heated. After necking, heat treatment and threading are usually required.
• The necking and spinning process must ensure the thickening of the wall thickness of the mouth, and the temperature is controlled at 350-450°. Excessive temperature will lead to the strength and performance of the gas cylinder.

CNC Metal Spinning – Inner Forming

• Mainly designed for the metal guide panel of industrial air-conditioning fans. Traditional metal spinning is to rotate the metal material, while the inner CNC spinning machine works in the opposite way!
