All Altron’s packaging for machines must be transported in independent containers to ensure that the machines received by customers are intact! Especially large CNC spinning machines and automated welding machines, which are of high value, refuse to be transported in a container!

Altron’s packaging method:

1. Large mechanical parts must be made of iron pallets to fix the bottom of the machine,
2. Important key motors, systems, screens, welding machines, cameras, scanning equipment and other core parts are protected by foam to prevent collisions
3. It is recommended to order wooden box packaging services for machines that need to be transported in transit
4. The internal drawstrings and steel wires of the container are fixed to ensure that the machine is not shaken by bumps during sea or road transportation.
5. Before sealing the container, videos and photos must be taken as transportation records for archiving to facilitate insurance tracking.

Machine packaging case

• When the machine is ready to be shipped, Altron and the freight forwarder actively communicate the specific shipping information and related processes! (Altron usually uses FOB or CIF terms based on actual customer needs);
• Calculate, measure the volume and weight of machines and accessories and select appropriate container specifications;
• Plan transportation time and shipping plan;
• Packing method: factory loading, terminal loading;

• Determine and record the details of the loading and send to the customer;
• Seal and lock the container (to prevent the container from being opened);

When the customer receives the machine, the first thing to do after unpacking is to record the condition of the machine. If there is obvious collision or damage, contact the local freight forwarder and Altron immediately and submit the corresponding information according to the insurance contract.
