Remote technical service methods

1. The machine has its own remote detection function to find the corresponding fault code! Altron can quickly find the possible faults according to the code, and quickly eliminate the problems for customers and help them find the problems!
2. Production lines or PLC machines with remote control modules can install a Global SIM card to the communication module or WiFi link. Altron controls the operating interface of the customer’s machine through software to help customers find the fault problem!
3. Large CNC Metal spinning machines and CNC flanging machines are generally Siemens systems. You can choose to install a communication remote detection module to remotely access the system operation interface to help find the problem!
4. For other machines or situations that cannot be judged through simple operations, we need to use WhatsApp video calls or Google meetings to remotely guide customers on how to operate and troubleshoot the problems!
5. For non-mechanical failure problems, when customers encounter operational difficulties or some industrial situations that cannot be broken through, Altron can guide customers on how to solve the problems through software such as Sunflower that remotely controls the computer screen, such as how to produce the spinning trajectory of the CNC metal spinning machine, the parameter setting of the program, the calculation of materials, technical points that need attention and other details!
6. Altron will also proactively contact customers when it is not busy to obtain their recent usage and feedback, so as to avoid problems that cannot be solved continuously.

After discovering the fault, Altron’s solution

1. After discovering the fault through testing, we will cooperate with customers to quickly find accessories or replacement accessories for installation locally! Customers must have electrical engineers and mechanical engineers with relevant technical capabilities to cooperate!
2. When encountering problems with core components, Altron will immediately check the inventory of accessories or parts in the warehouse system and contact the most reasonable transportation channel to ensure that the parts that need to be replaced can reach the customer’s factory quickly.
3. When you encounter a problem that cannot be solved remotely, or a larger problem, Altron can arrange for the corresponding electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, or process engineers to conduct on-site inspection and troubleshooting!
4. When Altron engineers go on business trips to the corresponding countries or cities, they will contact the customers 3 days in advance and ask if there are any problems that require engineers’ training services or machine maintenance. Altron continues to maintain good communication with customers!
